I really like Dr. Abraham, he's a very good doctor but it's impossible to make an appointment now. The phone is answered by Amy the virtual assistant. She asks me questions, finds my record but then says she can't verify it so she transfers me to someone I can talk to. I am then put on hold & after waiting for 30 minutes, I finally hang up. I attempted to make an appt. 3 times today with the same result. Very frustrating! Unfortunately I now have to search for a new doctor.
Dr Abraham has been my Dr for 12 years and I am so fortunate to have found him. He is the gold standard of how a doctor should be , you need not look any further . He is professional, very smart but also thoughtful with a good sense of humor. I can always count on him responding to my portal messages very quickly . I really appreciate that Dr Abraham's office is in an easily located office building and not in the massive and maddening Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Dr. Abraham was very professional. He listened very carefully ask questions let me ask questions I've never felt hurried and I feel like his follow up with great as a wonderful experience
