I went with my mother-in-law to help her review her coverage. I arrived late, because of unexpected happenings at work. The office manager who was the one we worked with was beyond rude. I understand that it is frustrating to have to wait, especially at the end of the day, but there is a professional way in which to respond. She was also very condescending with my mother in law whenever she had a question. I'm afraid of how they would handle an actual claim. We will be switching ASAP.
