Tito Perez Painting Co. recently did an outstanding repair and painting job at my home in Sugar Creek. I had done foundation repair, so they patched the wall cracks and painted much of the interior, up and downstairs, and the entire exterior. They removed an old pergola with water damage and built a new, better one from scratch (shown). They removed the old “popcorn” ceiling and painted it.
