Tito and his crew did outside and inside painting of my whole house. What a professional all of them are. They went far beyond my expectations with help on other projects that I had to complete. The 2 Joes that work there were a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend Tito for any job. Thanks again Tito

We had not one, but two leaks that left our kitchen, dining room, and guest bedroom in shambles and in need of sanding, texturing, and painting after the new sheetrock was installed. Tito and his crew did an amazing job. It looks just as it did before, if not better! Tito was wonderful to work with. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. His crew was timely, polite, respectful, and hardworking. I especially appreciated how clean they left everything - there was absolutely n... read more

I recently used this painting service for my home renovation, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The painter was highly skilled, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire project. Every wall was finished smoothly with clean lines and beautiful color consistency that completely transformed the appearance of my home. They arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the area neat and organized at all times. I also appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to answer qu... read more

After getting several estimates from different painting contractors to paint the exterior of my home, I chose Tito Perez Painting Company and I could not be happier with the results. From the start, Tito stood out for being professional, responsive and reasonably priced. The estimate that Tito provided was detailed and transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. Tito and his team (Joe x2) showed up on time each day and everything was done to a high standard. The job was completed on schedule and the final result looks amaz... read more

Tito Perez Painting Co. recently did an outstanding repair and painting job at my home in Sugar Creek. I had done foundation repair, so they patched the wall cracks and painted much of the interior, up and downstairs, and the entire exterior. They removed an old pergola with water damage and built a new, better one from scratch (shown). They removed the old “popcorn” ceiling and painted it. They fixed and where needed, replaced cracked floor tiles. They sanded, stained, and sealed the wood floors in two rooms that had been n... read more
