Tito Alcaraz and his team saved us from a disaster of a project that was abandoned by our previous GC mid-way through construction. We used a yelp search to find him, since we needed help fast. Tito is licensed, he has lots of positive reviews, BBB accredited and Angie’s List recommended. We hired Tito and his team after seeing them doing beautiful work on a house a few houses down on our street. I walked over and asked for a business card. We're extremely happy with the results. They painted the exterior of our home, installed new window frames and painted them, painted our veneer rock, installed new veneer, and installed a custom new louvre door. We were extremely pleased with the work that Tito Alcaraz and his crew did in our home recently. I interviewed five different paint contractors, and Tito came in with a very competitive bid, but he also impressed us with his knowledge, attention to detail and very good advice. We did our project in phases, so he first painted the entire exterior of our house, including the garage door, gutters, stucco walls, and very high eaves and trim, and it looks fabulous. This was our first time hiring Tito. We needed to paint our house and after reviewing several bids, Tito's was the most thorough and the price was very fair. He is extremely knowledgeable, has decades of experience and his workers have been with him for many many years. They did an amazing job, worked at a good speed but were very detail oriented. They are true professionals and will definitely hire them in the future. We are incredibly happy with the results!!
Tito and his team were awesome! We had to get the inside of our new house painted before moving in and they totally came through. They answered quick, gave us a fair estimate right away, and somehow fit us in even though we didn’t give much notice. Others were super friendly too, worked fast, and kept everything clean.
