Poor work and dishonest contractor. Ben was hired to seal an exterior window that was leaking at our property; he did not properly seal the window and did not finish the interior work inside a unit. The window immediately began to leak again. Additionally, he left the property a mess and my tenant was forced to clean up after him. Ben also tried to change the price after beginning the work. After agreeing to return to the job, he never showed up and I never heard from him again.
Titlow Construction helped me finish my 1970s horrible ugly paneled basement. We could not have hoped for a better company of to help us! They were so responsible, trustworthy and made the project seamless. Couldn’t be happier! You guys rock!
Good morning; I'm very disappointed with the work Ben and his helper have done building my concrete pad. They left trash in my backyard and the concrete looks like it was mostly mixed with rocks. He promised to come back Monday to top it off so it can be smooth and clean up to make it look neater. This is my first post. If he keeps his word, I will repost, and show the final results. I kept my word and paid him. I'm waiting to see if he keeps his.
