Had an awful experience with the company. They were unable to advise on the basics of ACRIS rules (e.g. the state requires you to include the block/lot numbers on documents). Basic instructions and requests were routinely ignored. Extremely sensitive and original documents, therefore, were sent to a random address in Brooklyn instead of being delivered to myself.
