I was involved in a closing where there was a documented record that was not signed off on due to a lack of due diligence by Title Town Closing. My input was left out, and as a result my stake was overlooked. After I submitted a concern, I was contacted immediately—but since then, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I’ve received no response. Now I’m forced to spend extra time navigating a formal complaint process, which could have been avoided if this had been handled correctly during the closing.
