Just had a demeaning experience with TitleSmart, Inc. I'm tired of being a customer to companies who don't appreciate my business. Tired of being treated like they don't need me as a customer. I was condescended to and talked down to and hung up on...when I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge they left me standing in the waiting area...We will never use Titlesmart again and neither should you if you want to be respected as anything more than a little profit.
Amy was a pleasure to work with, she accommodated 4 different people and 4 different locations to make our closings happen. Top notch customer service. A++
TitleSmart was recommended to be by my realtor and I’m so glad it was! They made my closing extremely easy and quick, and were so hospitable during my visit. I left with a huge smile on my face from how well they treated me. They explained everything clearly. I’d recommend them to anyone.
