We were very pleased with our experience! There were some complications with our closing (not at all because of the actions of our team) but TitleSmart kept us informed and we trusted that they were doing everything possible to move things along.
Everyone at TitleSmart is friendly and knowledgable and made our closing quick and easy.
Everyone knows how stressful buying selling houses and moving can be. I came here to pick up a check after selling my home. There was a miscommunication between the buyers and titles mart. This company went above and beyond and the corrected the problem. Plus when the front desk gal found out I had kids in the car, she gave me a teddy bear and a goodie bag for them. It made my daughters day! Plus I walked out with my check.
Great experience! Best TITLE COMPANY in the Twin Cities. Fast Convenient, And don't add on extra charges like most title companies do.
