Tittles strata is the terriblest strata management I have ever met, the stuff is ongoing telling a lie to you, engagement of an Incompetent and Unreliable Contractor.
Danti Zaradosh at TSM has been excellent at getting multiple issues sorted across our building. Within 6 months of taking on our building, he was able to organise quality contractors to fix a major issue which had persisted for years. He always followed up and maintained regular contact until the problem was sorted, and we're incredibly grateful for his professionalism.
