I paid for a fob replacement to use the lifts and access the car park of my building, and after almost 30 days I'm still waiting
Extremely disappointing experience with the building manager at 23 Hassall Street, Parramatta. When I first moved in, I struggled just to get the exclusive access key for the lift use. During our first interaction, the building manager, Danti, openly complained about his low pay and said he didn’t want to do the job—then asked me to leave him a good review.
