Closing was very fast, clear, and smooth!
During a stressful time trying to get into our new home before the Thanksgiving weekend, the funds got tied up in the exchange and Madeline called me several times during the day assuring me she would get the deal done as soon as the funds arrived. As promised, she pushed the final paperwork through as soon as the funds arrived and we got the keys on the day before Thanksgiving. The calls from Madeline were above and beyond and my wife and I appreciate her dedication.
