Horrible experience! Money was held in escrow until violations were satisfied or problem was fixed. They were given 90:days. I spoke with one owner who assured me no monies would be given. The other owner said the same thing then on day 89 he gave the monies held in escrow to the seller, who was also a lawyer. They refuse to answer any correspondence so now they will answer to the state and in small claims court.

This title company was chosen by the seller in a transaction for a sale. I am not a difficult customer by any means, but the quality of customer service was garbage. I literally had to call them multiple times a day to get a hold of anyone besides the receptionist to receive answers to basic questions that they refused to answer via email. I waited 5-6-7 buissness days for any kind of response before calling, and even then, nothing.
