I am a licensed MN real estate broker and I have been involved in countless closings. The president of this company, Dede Schoepke has been one of the most difficult and petty people I have ever worked with. She is currently withholding sale proceeds (2 days beyond closing) from multiple parties, while requesting documents that should never be required by a title company. There are many options out there for title companies, do yourself and your clients a favor and avoid Dede and her company!
