As an agents, please stay away from this company. We had a closing before Christmas and several times Todd Murphy kept asking for documents that were already emailed to him. Totally disorganized. And there were 3 agents involved in the transaction and we requested our commissions to be wired before Christmas and emailed him the wire instructions, his lack of organization and never answering our emails, he mailed a check to our main office and we didn't get our commissions when they were expected. Well unfortunately I can’t even give a one star for this company. Todd thinks it’s ok to yell at me because he said I backed out of a closing two days before closing. The appraisal on the condo I wanted was $30,000 lower then asking price. No mortgage company would give a loan. So that was the case. Also when I kept calling to asked about my the money I put in escrow, “the check is in the mail” I was told. Oct. 25th was the day they told me they sent it out.
