Talked to one of the women who works here multiple times. Really bad attitude. Dont call this place with questions because you will be responded to very rudely. Unprofessional
Rude and extremely condescending. I called to inquire about a service offered from different companies (shopping around for rates) and the woman on the phone spoke to me as if the service I was asking for was ridiculous and I was an idiot for asking about it. I'm not the expert here, how about you explain to someone willing to pay the money what the differences/benefits are instead of talking down to someone? My business and recommendations will go elsewhere.
All I can see is rude rude rude. The lady in the office there is one of the rudest people I have met in a long time. She thinks it's going to be her way and only her way. Well I got news for her, the world doesn't revolve around her. Use the company down the street they are five hundred times better to deal with and get things done properly and without an attitude.
