I was a Long Time customer, until a recent takeover, literally had the most incompetent staff I have ever seen, they almost blew a whole real estate deal for me, then we needed a loan modification that the Lender and buyer agreed on, this needed to be done for the payoff statement, 6 Months later it was done!!!!! a 1 day item, on top of this the head of the account servicing departent would not even answer emails from the buyer, the seller, the real estate agent, literally had to call his boss. Rushed us thru the paperwork needed for selling of home. We asked questions they could not answer, stating that that is the way it is. Were not very friendly. Said they would call our realtor when deed was transferred. Did not hear from anyone so we stopped by at end of day (3rd day from signing). at 4pm. They peaked there head out the door and said they notified our realtor, he was not sure why the realtor did not notify us, said check should be ready monday morning and pima county had registered the sale.
