Someone else said it....this is the worse account servicing company Ive ever seen. This may be all irrelevant now since they sold their account servicing to another company but what they did was such gross negligence that I had to mention it here. I cant even count the number of times Ive called their office and no one answers. They never return any voicemail messages I left.
