This tile company is terrible. The seller opened escrow and the escrow rep never called me to give me wiring instructions and the seller almost cancelled on me, thinking I was having cold feet. That was very stressful for me and my family because we really didn't want to not lose the deal. They said they got their computer system hacked, and because of that, they told me a week later that I couldn't get paid the 80K plus they owed me. They received the money for my property, got paid for their services, and got the title in the new owner's name, but I'm the A-hole for wanting to get paid or get my property back! I got no communication from them until I contacted them, and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I can't say enough good things about Title Security and their employees. They are professional, hard working and overall a 5 star. If you even consider working with an out of town title company reconsider and know that working with someone local is absolutely your best option. Ronda Tatro is the best Escrow officer I have personally ever done business with and I am super thankful to have her as a trusted partner. Her commitment, communication and overall work ethic are unmatched.
