They said they got their computer system hacked, and because of that, they told me a week later that I couldn't pay the 80K plus they owed me. They received the money for my property, got paid for their services, and got the title in the new owner's name, but I'm the A**** for wanting to get paid or get my property back. I got no communication from them until I contacted them, and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I would give this company no stars. They were responsible for handling a friends payments in regards to an estate. They were notified of the person receiving payments death and did not let the payer know. They continued making payments in excess of $33,000 for more than two years. When the payer realized the payee was deceased- this Title ** offered no help and assumed no responsibility even though legal documents showed them getting payed to transfer these funds. I am out of state buyer and bought a house in ****** in 2022. Title Security Agency escrow officer recorded the wrong mailing address and is not willing correct it. I requested via phone and email many times. They responded that they corrected it in their system; but they are forcing me, their customer the buyer to go to the county and pay the fee again. Why should I have to do their job for them when they made the mistake in the first place.
