I can’t shout Title Resource out enough. I was originally supposed to close with a different title company, whose systems crashed the week of my closing. Title Resource did everything possible to make our unexpected pivot as seamless as possible. They kept me informed through every step of the process of getting money rerouted, offered to stay late to help me close before the weekend (wasn’t possible, but they still tried!!), talked me through all of the paperwork and answered every question.
