Debbie is very friendly and great, but I cant say that about the other personnel that work in the office. It has been over a couple of months and we still havent received the title insurance policy. We keep calling and they keep saying they are backed-up. That would be fine if we didt pay for it until we received it, but we have already paid for it in early December.
