These clowns dragged their feet, cost us 3 weeks of completely wasted time, delivered nothing as all the work was basically spoonfed to them. Rob (owner) had the nerve to send a snarky email back after I suggested that I'd have to find another settlement company. 2 hours later and I've already hired a far superior group.
