Since i started real-estate. Title of America has not let me down. All of my clients are happy with the outstanding customer service . Angelo always calls to make sure your clients are taken care of. Aside from this if your client is a veteran, in the medical field , or teacher they wave 50%of their settlement fees at closing . Highly recommended!
Excellent Title company, I recommend them to all my clients, never have any complaints and i have been sending them referrals since they opened up, you get highly skilled professional service, and attorney services with out the fees!!!
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After all paperwork had been signed & deal done. A year and a half later they have come back and said they made a mistake and I owe them $2500 more dollars. Also, a few days after the transaction, they tried to get me to meet them (and said don't tell anyone) so he could change the dates on the paperwork! Very shady and unprofessional company.
