This title company did everything to go out of their way to inconvenience my 80 year old Aunt with one kidney. They first off rejected my aunts request to assist her in my grandparents trust. Then it was they told her they would send a notary to her then after she agreed they say oh no it's done on computer the notary. Well she doesn't have a computer with camers, so eventually the had no choice they wanted it signed so they had to go to her with a notary.
