One of the absolute worse companies you can close a real estate transaction with. They want to get every last dollar of NON-Sense fees out of you, they charge a document prep fee to the party not paying the title costs and try calling it a prep fee. It's still a title expense that the buyer is paying for. Also, they has no idea they needed ID's to record a deed in Lee County.....East coast title.....an absolute JOKE!
