I was about to place an offer on a house and was advised that I will be dealing with Rocket Title. I called atleast 3-4 times last week and no one picks up the phone in their office. Perhaps it was holiday week after Memorial day but, it left me uncomfortable as my lender is super fast and promised to close within 5-6 business days and asked me to check with the title company. Very poor experience to work with. I kept calling and emailing them and they do not pick up the phones or respond. Please improve your communication and front desk experience. Else you will push prospective buyers away who have to close through you.
I had a relatively good experience with this company. My review is divided into the following segments: Closing and document sourcing – 5/5 The team effectively coordinated with the seller, listing agent, lender, my realtor, and other relevant parties. Really bad company. Constantly getting information mixed up, wrong dates for instructions.
Tiffany was AMAZING. We had a delay in our closing due to the buyers not being in compliance, and she was so proactive to ensure that our sale would go through on time in order to keep our purchase on schedule. She gave us real time updates by the minute and took so much stress off of us. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
