While things went relatively smoothly, it took more than a little prompting both on the day of closing and post-closing to get the information required. I am sure that there are many professional agents within the agency, but it may be worth requesting someone besides Penny.
The staff were very thorough and polite.
I closed on a warehouse in August of 2020 and at closing very clearly asked that no documents with personal information (my SSN) be delivered by email, and was assured that documents would be delivered securely. My attorney was there and also emphasized this, because they mentioned email, and we said that email was not acceptable, and they affirmed again that it would be secure delivery.
