The staff were very thorough and polite.
I closed on a warehouse in August of 2020 and at closing very clearly asked that no documents with personal information (my SSN) be delivered by email, and was assured that documents would be delivered securely. My attorney was there and also emphasized this, because they mentioned email, and we said that email was not acceptable, and they affirmed again that it would be secure delivery. Much to my surprise, they delivered the closing docs to me, including the lender docs which included my personal SSN, via email. This is un... read more
