The experience began well but ended with the Owner, Carrie mailing the keys to the purchased property in standard mail. After a few contacts regarding the whereabouts of the keys and a week later the keys still did not arrive. (The distance from my location from Title Depot is about two hours.) The owner left me a message, that if I had the keys reproduced through a locksmith that she would reimburse me for the cost. I did so the same day, sent over the invoice and was never reimbursed. I’ve been using Title Depot for well over ten years and they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Closings are smooth and handled professionally every time. It’s a place I can count on, and that consistency is why I keep coming back.

Were super friendly and let me stop by right away to get something notarized. Definitely recommend, and plan on using them again in the future.

Carrie was fantastic. Organized, thorough, personable, and efficient. Having been to another company for another home recently I can easily say Carrie was far and away the best. We will return for all future transactions.
