My land development company has been using TCOTR for 8 years and I highly recommend Kari Arneson in the Rifle office. Our transactions are for land located in Pitkin and Saguache counties but Kari handles everything for us remotely. She is efficient, professional and in all these years we have never had any issues whatsoever! It's great to have Kari on our team.

CHFA was trying to screw us out of 20k on the closing of our house and Kari made sure that didnt happen. After multiple phone calls with chfa and her we were able to get most of the correct payoff (14k). We all saw the numbers didnt match the actual. Instead of just shrugging it off she and I pressed chfa for the correction to be made and a day before we closed they fixed most of the payoff. Now just to fight chfa on the remainder of it (4-5k)! Thanks Kari
