Kari in Rifle was so amazing!! She is the OG and knows! She was kind and super helpful in signing our closing docume and. We had another title company and she allowed us to sign our documents there so we didn't have to make such a long drive! Will definitely use them in the future! Thanks Kari!!
CHFA was trying to screw us out of 20k on the closing of our house and Kari made sure that didnt happen. After multiple phone calls with chfa and her we were able to get most of the correct payoff (14k). We all saw the numbers didnt match the actual. Instead of just shrugging it off she and I pressed chfa for the correction to be made and a day before we closed they fixed most of the payoff. Now just to fight chfa on the remainder of it (4-5k)! Thanks Kari
