Not happy, they ruined my haircut. I came with a specific request, showed pictures of frontal and side view of what I want my haircut to look like. I mentioned to him how important it was to me. The guy said he can do it and then, 20 min later I got a semi-military look, with extremely short on sides and and back and a little bush at the top. No I look like an egg with hair. The whole experience was easy and comfortable — I was able to have a great conversation, get solid recommendations and ideas, and leave with a very thorough, professional haircut.
