Worst place on earth paid 1000$ for deposit on tax sale. And was told I couldn’t buy. Chris is a horrible person and the manager as well
Terrible service! Was told it was okay to come and purchase the property from tax sale, then was told on the phone to turn around while half way driving to there office to turn in a check. So in all, they took 1,000$ deposit and didn’t let me buy the property. Very shady business please beware!
