Should have just gone to title max. The manager is very rude. They took possession of my car over 8 months ago and left it open as a title loan for that whole time. Now they are closing and combining with the Knoxville store and I hope they get better trained managers and customer service....and to think they only offered me 600 bucks to begin with.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. These women are the definition of “loan shark”. We originally went in to take a loan of $100 left with a $400 loan. Do they meet the needs of the customer? No. They are only out for themselves. The interest is outrageous. Besides that there is no personal relationship with their customers. We’ve paid half of what we owe and we do it when we can, the agreement was that if we don’t pay on the due date the loan increases by day in interest.
