I had some serious medical issues that caused quite a bit of hardship. I actually called from the hospital and requested the March payment to be suspended. I was initially told there was no way that could be done. Once I explained my situation again I stated that legally they had to suspend the ACH if requested. The person helping then said she would remove my debit card and that the payment would not go through. Well guess what! It posted 03/01/2026. Seems like folks at this office don’t really care about the customer.
