Disrespectful play loudly music all day long, which causes noise problems in the area
I had a great experience working out training with the guys at the title box gym recommended
The staff here are wonderful and encouraging. I highly recommend the Sunday 10:00 am class with Maddie. She offers modifications for exercises so all bodies and abilities are able to participate. It's only 45 minutes but you will leave feeling like you had a good (but bearable) workout. You can be a pro boxer or a complete newbie; either way, you'll have fun and get a lot of exercise.
I immediately felt welcome here! The staff are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about boxing and MMA. Sometimes going to a new gym can be intimidating but here, they go out of their way to help you feel included.
