This was the most intense/amazing workout I've ever had. It's hard to describe in words so I recommend you just trying a free class to see for yourself. I've never boxed before and this was easily the most entertaining 1-hour workout I've experienced. Trainers are awesome...facility is modern/new & clean. The class was split about 50/50 female to male... I was super impressed - excited for my next class.
