Title Boxing has been one of those "home away from home" places for the past couple of years and I intend on keeping it that way! I have attended over 250 classes and it never gets easy or boring! The instructors are very personable and are great at giving you an extra push without it feeling intimidating. Love the atmosphere, the workout, the music and the trainers. They're all friendly and greet you before and after the workout. At one point they had on reggaeton music; I wanted to dance and box at the same time. Its also a diverse environment; all ages and levels are welcome and fit in.
