Fun workout
Can’t leave a review on ClassPass (where I signed up for the 75 minute boxing class) so Google it is: Whew! It was quite a workout! 75 minutes of pretty much nonstop movement. I had such a good time, though. The music was great and the vibes were amazing. The instructor was hilarious and kind, and he was encouraging myself and others throughout the class. I've been coming here regularly for over two years now, and it's one of my favorite spaces in KC. The coaches are all wonderful, and I always leave feeling great. Hell of a workout. Always a good time. If you're considering checking it out, just do it. You won't regret it.
The trainers are outstanding - always friendly, highly knowledgeable and so helpful with technique and advice. I love the atmosphere there, it is welcoming and positive. Thank you!!
