I was extremely nervous going into my first class, so nervous I thought about walking in and cancelling it. I arrived 30 minutes early so I could get someone to help wrap my hands, and I was greeted by Morgan. She immediately showed me to my locker, which was adorned with my name, what a nice touch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I boxed at another location a few years back but stopped because they private lessons were becoming to expensive, so I had my original doubts signing up for classes; however, I really did enjoy it. Every person in the class was very friendly and encouraging. I just had a baby so I’m doing this to get back into the fit life and I think I found the right place to do that. The facility was very clean and maintained as well. All in all, I would highly recommend the Shelby location!!
