The staff is very good and they work very well with the children. The classes for the adults are high energy and will leave you as sweaty as you want.
Been a member here since August and I love it. My favorite classes are the late night ones at 8 and 8:15. They fit perfect with my busy schedule and the instructors make it easy to push through a killer workout at the end of a long day. I have never found a gym better than this. Keep it up!
Great gym, great staff and AWESOMENESS all around. The workouts are tough, effective, and produce results. If you stick to this workout you will see results, it is the best hour of my day. I happen to work out with Eric G. Mon. Wed. Fri. and on the weekends. The core workouts by Issac is one of the toughest of them all. Once again you will see results!
