Very kind and welcoming staff! Class is very enjoyable and fulfilling. The gym also has a variety of other exercise equipment. Awesome gym overall!
They walked you through it and helped you along the way. My 16-year-old wanted to try it and enjoyed it. We will be back. Friendly. too! We did have to buy wrist covers but to try out the class it was free. They said if we continue then we would need to buy boxing gloves.
