Very to informative on all the plans they have. Good variety of workouts
Great way to stay in shape and great staff
I do not recommend this location. There are no professional trainers or pro fighters as instructors any longer. They now have students turned trainers teaching, and literally doing the bare minimum basics making it hard to actually get a good workout. The one good trainer they have left does the exact same routine each of his classes.
