I can't thank TBC Framingham enough. Prior to joining, I was looking for something that would be continuously challenging and I was contemplating whether or not to try out boxing. Part of me was nervous and scared, mostly because I have done work outs on my own for so long and was nervous to go back to a group setting. Joe D. is the best trainer in the world. I've worked with many personal trainers and he is amazing, pushing me to my limits and mixing things up to keep it interesting. He's also teaching me to box and I'm now addicted. Everyone at Title Boxing in Framingham is amazing - very friendly, know the individual clients and obviously love what they're doing. The space is clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this place!
