This location is now closed. Very disappointing because we really enjoyed going here. The franchisee was trying to sell this location because they failed to exploit it's full potential trying to manage it from Jacksonville and not being involved personally in the day to day operations it struggled to maintain members and trainers. The workouts are full body, the set up pushes you to do your best, it's motivating, and family oriented. My children, 9, 16, and 18 participate also. It's not like any other workout session. It's unique! - Nicole H.

Enjoyed working out here last 2years, but need to bring the 5 pm classes back. To many people in 6pm and no room to kick with my long legs. BRING BACK 5pm CLASSES !!!!!!

The workouts are fierce. The trainers are amazing. The trainers keep you on target for your goal. They pay attention to you and what you need to focus on, and what your long term goals are.The PT sessions are always a plus when I want to focus more on my muscle building. I highly recommend getting a session or 3 to enhance your Mitt work skills.This place is like my second home and I wouldn't want to be any place else to relieve stress of the day
