They make it an impossible act of God to cancel even when you hit financial woes. Make sure you have an extra couple of months to pay for your membership even after you want to cancel. Unhelpful on the phone, everything requires an email which signs off “let me know if you have any other questions!” in a rudely emphatic manner, punching the gut after already trying to call the club to talk to someone over the phone about questions instead of using a keyboard.

Been coming here for 2 years and way long overdue for a review, but everyone is great! Everyone at the front desk is great and very helpful. There’s so much variety in all the classes in both types and timings, you can get a class and a bag just about whenever you want! Best for last: the coaches! They all are unique in their approaches but that’s what makes them great! I’ve seen too many over my time, but special shoutouts to my current usuals: the GOAT Moses, Urte, Ty, Kevin, Keyante, and Christine!

Great program but the trainers have mouths on them. They lack manners and empathy, talk down to customers if you are slightly late for class or struggle with a specific move. There are better places to spend your time and money.

The boxing lesson was AMAZING! However the front desk lady was very rude. She had brown hair and glasses was constantly harassing me and my friend to sign up for a membership. This was our first experience here we spoke to a young lady she was kind and respectful. We told her first that we were interested in single classes and not the membership. The older lady with the glasses and brown hair made us feel weird for asking to use the shower saying “ it’s usually for members only “ but she still allowed us to shower ODD. Once ... read more
