Today I had my first class with Abu. His positivity, kindness, and his push to make me give it my all made the class awesome. I left dripping in sweat which is exactly what I wanted this morning! I really appreciate how much effort goes into thoughtfully training the coaches, because it gives me a fantastic workout experience. This Title gym is the BEST. Thank you so much for giving me an outlet to relieve stress, push myself, and find community with the members. Go Abu!!!

This was the most intense amazing workout and I have got to say everyone needs to try boxing at least once—because let me tell you you’ll be coming back!! These instructors are so nice and funny and as a beginner boxer they are completely supportive and helpful! Great way to get stress out and break a sweat!!!

Having Jackson as a coach keeps me going throughout the class. He pushes us just the right amount and verbally encourages to keep going. I rely on him saying “good job” to keep me mentally in the game. Also appreciate his fist (boxing glove) bumps during class!
