It has been an absolute pleasure of working with Title Alliance. The whole process was efficient, timely and smooth. Highly recommend!!
DON'T USE TITLE ALLIANCE. They don't communicate and when I finally received a response the email was rude. They acted as if I was bothering them and Tanisha was the worst at communicating. I was closing on a new house the next day and they wired a different amount to the new title company. I had to ask them why it was different, no proactive communication. I would give them -0 stars if that was an option.

Always efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and very comfortable referring my listing clients to them.
They were very responsive, and I did not need to follow up, which was very welcome with all that is involved in buying a house. I have been happy with this experience.
