Tanisha Hunter was great to work with. She was fairly easy to reach. When closing docs came in late in the day before closing, she stayed after hours to make sure everything was complete!
Tanisha Hunter and Team were amazing to work with! They were working with a very very tight timeline but remained professional, polite, and did not blame anyone for their timing challenge (which was not their fault in the first place). They simply took on the challenge and grinded it out. As a result we closed on time. Thank you Team! Highly recommended.

DON'T USE TITLE ALLIANCE. They don't communicate and when I finally received a response the email was rude. They acted as if I was bothering them and Tanisha was the worst at communicating. I was closing on a new house the next day and they wired a different amount to the new title company. I had to ask them why it was different, no proactive communication. I would give them -0 stars if that was an option.
