My husband and I closed on the sale of a house with this title company on 11/15/24. Three weeks later and the property taxes for that home are still not paid, a penalty has been incurred, and this agency continues to hold $10K of our money in escrow. It's normal for businesses to make mistakes- it's about how you fix it that counts. I'm pretty sure that if the $10K was theirs - and not ours- there would be a speedy resolution.
