The only reason I am giving my service 2 stars is due to the atmosphere. To make a long story short I requested No Knot micro twist with human hair. I purchased three bags online. On the day I went to get hair braided I was not informed that my hairs was to short. Results: knots and not mini! Wait for it half came out before the week ended. Went back because I wanted this style for a cruise to be effortless. Returned before week out and they redid for free using the remaining hair and twists I brought in from fall out.
