I had a disappointing experience with Titanz Fitness of Northeast Georgia. I walked in on February 24th to cancel my membership and received an email confirmation of my cancellation that same day—well in advance of the next billing cycle. Despite this, I was charged afterward. I have documentation showing the cancellation was properly submitted and acknowledged.
