I had a disappointing experience with Titanz Fitness of Northeast Georgia. I walked in on February 24th to cancel my membership and received an email confirmation of my cancellation that same day—well in advance of the next billing cycle. Despite this, I was charged afterward. I have documentation showing the cancellation was properly submitted and acknowledged. Worse gym I encountered my wife Tiffany Hamilton send me to look for a gym for the both of us in commerce area I came across this gym I thought it was a good idea because it was in the cut and not as pack as planet fitness so I sign up they said it was 29.99 a special I paid mind you the younger boy that handle my application was very unprofessional and was very bias towards me so i sign up told my wife and she said no we not going to that gym so after three months my wife said hey this gym still charging my card and you nev... read more
Equipment is trash. Guy behind the counter isn’t welcoming, eager to show you around, nor eager to sign you up apparently. This place likely may go out of business soon as a result. So go next door to Planet Fitness. Better equipment, atmosphere, and pricing.
