The wood around the glass of my window rotted in some places so the glass separated from it. I contacted several companies, only a small handful said they could fix it; most just pushed a window replacement. Two companies came out to give an estimate in 5-10 minutes. They would do the work onsite in about 2 hours. I was skeptical and was so fortunate I found Titans. Moses was incredible! A bullet came through my window and he was one of the only businesses that would fix just the broken pane and not the whole window frame and other glass. He responded quickly, measured my window within days, and had replaced the glass in less than a week. One window was < $400. Totally worth it!

We had several issues with older windows in our home that Moses helped us address. He came by, patiently answered my questions about our options, and facilitated the solution. He replaced several of our glass panes to give the windows more runway. He has even followed up on how the performance has been and gone above and beyond. Tremendous service.
