Owner Kevin is not a painter by trade so only has limited detailed knowledge. His hispanic crew did ok but rushed b/t coats to what should have been done; mainly focused to get done quick. They are not best at staining and I had to tell them the proper steps. His crew used my ladder AND it disappeared during the job. When informed he got very defensive, even cursing, and treated me as if I was lying or making it up.
